(Category will be rewarded only if the minimum of competitiors will be 5)

The deadline is 9. 9. 2009 !!!

PRESENTATION: Friday 11.9. v 7 – 9 pm in Hotel Maxičky (look for pond)
Saturday 12.9. v 7 – 8 am in front of the Sokolovna

Do not take dogs for the presentation on Friday, please as the veterinary controll wil be only on Saturday!!

If you ask for later presentation (and you stll catch us in there) you will be penalized 100,- Kc, on Saturday will be late presentation accepted latest at 9 am. Anny latest presentation will not be accepted!!

Saturday 12. 9. 2009 – morning

5,5 km, in the forrest, soft paths, without any asfalt, very technical. Right after start ther is sharp ascent (300m), on 2. km is short sharp descent (200m).

start 10,30 am, first BKJ in 30s intervals
CC 15 min. after start of last Bkj (in 30s intervals)
Start 11,30 am SC1, SC2
Start 4.00 pm 1,9 km - amateurs
Start 4,30 pm 300m- kids (in intervals of 30s)

Saturday 12. 9. 2009 – afternoon, night

1,9 km, in the forrest, soft paths, without any asfalt.

Start 7pm BKJ in 30s intervals
SC1 starts 15 min. after the last start of BKJ
Start 8,30 pm CC, in 30s intervals, start form the slowest one
We do recomend headlights!!

Category SC2 do not start night part, as it is not a part of Hill´s Cupu 2009 !!

Sunday 13. 9. 2009

5,5 km, the same as Saturday morning

Start 9.30 am first BKJ Gunderson´s metodhod
10.15 am mass start CC in catogories
11.00 am start SC , in 30s intervals

We do reserve changes in the start times!

ACCOMMODATIONS: shall be covered on the presentation, please
• In Gym Maxičky, 50,- Kč / peson/night, (take own sleeping bag)
• In the car, caravan, tent in the park near by, 30,- Kč /night
• There is chance to ger accommodation in the Hotel Maxicky - please ask on the application form for help (if needed)

PARTICIPATION FEES: 300Kč, after dead line 400,- Kč
Another category 100Kč

VETERINARY CONDITIONS:
Accordingly valid race rulles SSPS – valid vaccinations (rabies, distemper, contagious gepatitis, parvovirosis). Obligatory for each category of each competition of the Hill´s Cup 2009!

Veterinar inspection will be on Saturday from 8.00am till 9.00 am.

The owner of the dog is responsible for all damages caused by their dog. Each competitor competes at their own risk.
