10.00-12.00 – registration, vet control, distribution of start sets
13.00-15.00 - starts
15.30-16.00 – children canicross
18.00- 23.00 - „Musher party“, announcement of the 1st round results.

21th November
11.00-13.00 - starts
13.00-13.30- children canicross
14.00 - announcement of the 5 event results, award ceremony.

Race conducted under international sled dog federation-IFSS regulations and Baltic Cup race rules.

Participants

All athletes from Lithuania and abroad, as well as dilettantes, women and children, are able to participate in the race. All participants must be familiar with the valid race rules. Participants can register in two classes. All participants are required to wear helmets for their own safety, as well as have harness for dogs and other relevant equipment. Everyone must have a valid vaccine certificate. The minimal dog age is 12 months.

Classification:

DR6 - 6 dog wheeled cart;
DR4 - 4 dog wheeled cart;
DS2 – 2 dog scooter;
BJW - women/ bikejoring;
BJM - men/ bikejoring;
DCW - women / canicross;
DCM - men / canicross;
DCC – children / canicross

Distance according to the classes:
7300 - DR6 class
5800 - DR4, BJM and BJW
4600 - DS2, CCM and CCW

Safety and the Responsibilities of the Participants

All participants are responsible for themselves, eg. health, during the championship. Also they are responsible for the actions of their dogs during the race. Helmets are required when on track. Any external help while on race track is strictly forbidden, except the start and finish zones.

Participants have to finish the entire race track on both days of the championship. The organizers have the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the requirements.

Later registration will not be executed.
20 EUR (70LT) registration Fee (covers 2 race days) can be paid on race day.
Registration to children category is open all the time = 6 EUR (20LT) (covers 2 race days)
Registration Fee Includes: the special race track, the start set, the classification of results, non-alcoholic drinks for refreshment, memorabilia, medical help at the start/finish zones, invitation to participate at the „Musher Party“
An additional invitation to the Musher Party costs 9 EUR (30lt). The invitation will be available during the first day of race.

(pierwszy start w sobotę o 13:00, w niedzielę o 11:00)

Zawody będą rozegrane zgodnie z regulaminem IFSS. Psy muszą mieć ukończone 12 miesięcy oraz aktualne szczepienia. Każdy piesz musi mieć paszport oraz chipa

Kaski wymagane (nie dotyczy canicrossu)

Dystans - około 3km (CC i SC2) około 5km (for BJ, 4,6 ). Dzieci biegną nie cały kilometr. Drogi leśne, trochę korzeni, trochę piachu, niewiele przewyższeń, możliwość spotkania dzikich zwierząt. Trasa będzie wyznaczona tydzień przed zawodami.

Wszyscy zawodnicy otrzyają dyplomy; trzech najlepszych w kążdej klasie nagrody..

Zgłoszenia i wpisowe:

Od 10 sierpnia do 19  września - 20 EUR (15 LVL) (jedna kategoria)

Od 29 września do 3 października - 30 EUR (20 LVL)

Od 4 października do dnia zawodów - 35 EUR (25 LVL)

Kolejne starty 50% taniej

Juniorzy 40% taniej.

Zawody dla dzieci – 7 EUR (5LVL)

Wieczór maszera 5 EUR

(first day start 13:00, second 11:00)

Competition is held under IFSS race rules. Dogs must be at least 1 year old with valid vaccination. EU passports (or vaccination cards) must be available (for dogs)!

Please don’t forget your helmets! They are obligatory!

Distances – about 3km (for 1,2,5 category) about 5km (for 3,4,6,7). Kids less than 1km. Forest type roads, with some tree roots, may be a little sand, not many hills, but wild animals be a surprise. Race track will be reveled 1 week before race.

All competitors will get diplomas for their respective place; top 3 in each category and class also are awarded prizes.

From 10^th of August till 19^th of September - 20 EUR (15 LVL) (one category)

From 29^th of September till 3^rd of October - 30 EUR (20 LVL)

From 4th of October till race days – 35 EUR (25 LVL)

For each next categoy 50% discount for one musher

Juniors have 40% discount.

TJ Sokol Maxičky holds the Sokol´s cup named Hill´s cup in the Czech Republic in the folowing cities and terms:

CATEGORIES: bikejöring, scooter 1, canicross
CUP RULLES: To have chance to take part in the Hill´s Cup 2009 each competitor has to
fulfil those conditions:
has to participate all 9 laps in announced categories :
Plzeň bikejöring, Hradec Králové scooter, Děčín canicross
has to compete it with the same dog (chip or tatoo will be checked)
all competitors in cup will be judged together, without age or gender difference
Registration has to be donne in advance (latest on the presentation in Plzeň) starting prize for cup: 950,- Kč (37,- Euro)
Each city competition will be taken separately - is possible to compet only in one city - without claim to be part of Hill´s Cup, but.
Main reward of the Hill´s Cup will take place on the last competiton in Decin.

RACE PROGRAM:

Presentation in the camp restaurant 7,00 pm – 9,30 pm
01. 05. 2010 Saturday – start 9:00
Morning: start at 9,00 am ,4,5 km in the forest. The same track as in years 2008, 2009
(there can be some changes if the woods after tree harvesting will not be tidied)
CC mass start, other categories in interval of 30 sec.
Afternoon: start 6,00 pm, 2,5 km
Evening: party with the band in the nearby restaurant
3.5.2009 Sunday – start 9:00
4,5 km, the same lap as on Saturday morning, gundersen method starts based on the final reusults from previous two runs
PRESENTATION: 30. 04. 2010 7,00pm – 9,30 pm
PARTICIPATION FEES: 350,-Kč (14,-€), next category 100,-Kč (4,- €) ,
after closure 450,- Kč (18 €)
ACCOMMODATION:
in own cars (small charge for the car parking and toalets and showers usage) in the camp ground Bílá Hora. WC and showers disposal. Restaurant near by.
We ask each participants to make sure, that they will not leave behind any rubbish and dog excrements in all the race areas and camp sites.
VETERINARY CONDITIONS:
Accordingly valid race rulles SSPS – valid vaccinations (rabies, distemper, contagious gepatitis, parvovirosis). Obligatory for each category of each competition of the Hill´s Cup 2009!

Zawody drylandowe w Słowenii – LOGATEC 2010,

Edo Schumet zaprasza do Słowenii. Obok Litwy drugie zawody w pierwszy poświąteczny weekend kwietnia. Jest w czym wybierać. Niestety w tym terminie mam już zaplanowane starty na maratonach w MTB w innym wypadku na pewno dałbym się skusić.
